When can I check in? Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 12 noon. Early arrival or late departure can be added to your booking.
Can I bring my pet? Yes, to our pet-friendly cottages. Add the pet fee to your booking.
Activities
What should I wear? Outdoor clothing suited to the weather. For winter activities we lend thermal overalls and snowmobile helmets.
What if a tour is cancelled because of the weather? We offer a new time or a full refund.
Bookings and payment
Can I cancel my booking? Activities can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start, accommodation up to 14 days before arrival.
How can I pay? Online by card, online banking or mobile payment. Groups and companies can also pay by invoice.

Is parking free? Yes, there is a free car park next to reception with EV charging points.
