By purchasing products and services through [Company name]'s online services, the Customer agrees to comply with these terms as well as any seller-specific terms.
Ordering
General terms
- The prices shown in the online service include VAT.
- We apply dynamic pricing to our accommodation. Prices depend on the time of booking and vary monthly, weekly and daily.
- We sell products to adults (private individuals) and to business customers.
- We reserve the right to change prices.
- The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
- We reserve the right to amend our delivery terms. Before placing an order, the Customer must review the delivery terms in force at that time.
Booking terms
These terms apply to products and services that are rented or booked. Collectively these are referred to as the "item".
Making a booking
- The Customer is responsible for reviewing the description and instructions of the booked item(s) as well as the terms related to the booking.
- A booking made by the Customer becomes binding once the order/payment confirmation has been sent to the email address provided by the Customer.
- The Customer pays for the booking according to their chosen payment method and in compliance with that method's terms.
- The booking system sends the order/payment confirmation to the email address provided by the Customer.
- The Seller is not liable for a failed booking; the Customer must contact the Seller without delay to resolve the situation.
- The Seller does not guarantee that the item is still available in such a situation.
- If the item is not available, the payment is refunded or, where possible, an alternative item is offered instead.
Cancellations and changes

The cancellation date is the date on which the Seller receives notice of the cancellation.
- The Customer is responsible for ensuring the cancellation is sent in sufficient time.
- If the Customer cancels their booking,
- when there are [XX] days or more until the booking begins, a handling fee is charged. The handling fee is [XX] €.
- when there are fewer than [XX] days but at least [XX] days until the booking begins, [XX]% of the item's rental price is charged.
- when there are fewer than [XX] days until the booking begins, the full rental price is charged.
- For items booked with a discount code, the full rental price is always charged regardless of when the cancellation is made.
- At the Customer's request, a booking may be moved under the following conditions:
- The move can be made only once.
- The item cannot be changed as part of the move.
- The move must take place no later than [XX] days before the start of the original booking.
- The move fee is [XX] EUR (incl. VAT).
- If a moved booking is cancelled, the full rental price is always charged regardless of when the cancellation is made.
The Seller's right to cancel a booking

In the event of force majeure, the Seller may terminate the rental agreement. The Customer who booked the item is notified of the termination without delay.
- In such cases the Customer is entitled to a full refund of the rent they have paid.
- Any other costs incurred by the Customer due to a rental agreement terminated because of force majeure are not compensated.
Keys
- Instructions regarding the key and its collection are provided to the Customer in the payment confirmation.
- For a lost key or a key that is not returned, the owner has the right to charge in full all costs arising from re-keying or changing the locks, but at least [XX] euros.
- The Seller has the right to charge at least [XX] EUR in compensation if it has to open the item because of a lost key or a key left inside.
Use of the item
- The item is defined in the item description.
- During the rental period the Customer has the right to use the item and its equipment as well as any separately defined services.
- If the Customer notices any defects or other matters requiring attention in the item, they must notify the person responsible for booking management without delay.
- The Customer takes care of the cleanliness of the item and the removal of waste during the rental period and after it ends.
- The Customer is responsible for the final cleaning of the item when the booking ends.
- If the Customer has left the item uncleaned, the Seller invoices the cleaning costs in full. Cleaning work [XX] EUR/h, travel costs [XX] EUR/km, travel time counted as working time.
- The item is available to the Customer during the time defined in the item description.
- Pets
- The Customer is fully responsible and liable for any damage caused by their pets.
- Pets must be kept on a leash within national park areas.
- Pets may not be left alone in accommodation without supervision.
- Pet owners must pay particular attention to the cleanliness of the accommodation. The accommodation is always inspected after a pet and, if necessary, cleaned by the Seller.
- Whether pets are allowed in accommodation is always indicated separately.
- The pet owner must also follow any separately given, more detailed instructions.
- Special terms for rental equipment
- The Customer must familiarise themselves with the safety and operating instructions for the equipment. The equipment must be used carefully and only for its intended ordinary use. The renter undertakes to carry out a safety check during the rental period. Rental equipment may not be taken out of the country or subleased. Rental equipment may be used only to the extent permitted by the terms and only in venues suited to the user's skill level and competence. The Customer uses all equipment, including accessories, entirely at their own risk.
- For water-recreation equipment (e.g. canoes, kayaks, SUP boards and rowing boats), the Customer confirms that they can swim and have prior experience of using the equipment in question.
- The Customer must return the equipment immediately at the end of the rental period to the agreed location, cleaned and otherwise in the same condition as when it was handed over for rental. The renter must notify the lessor without delay if the return is delayed. The lessor has the right to charge a rent increased by [XX]% for any overrun period, unless otherwise separately agreed.
- The Customer is liable to compensate for any damage and costs to the rental equipment caused during the rental period by careless or incorrect handling or inadequate maintenance. The Customer is liable to compensate for equipment destroyed or lost during the rental period at its replacement value. The Customer is responsible for complying with transport, safety and other regulations. The Customer is obliged to report any faults appearing in the equipment to the lessor immediately.
- The lessor is responsible for repairs arising from normal wear and tear of the equipment. The lessor is not liable for any indirect or direct costs or damages that may arise to the renter from the use or breakdown of the equipment. The lessor does not undertake to supply a replacement device for a broken rental item, nor to compensate for indirect or direct costs arising from interruption of work.
Guided tours and activities
- These terms apply to guided and instructor-led tours and activities, such as guided boat trips.
- The Customer arrives at the departure point at the instructed time, at the latest 15 minutes before the announced departure time. Participation and a refund cannot be guaranteed for a Customer who arrives late.
- The Customer follows the safety instructions given by the guide and staff throughout the tour. For justified reasons the guide may deny participation or interrupt the tour if the Customer endangers their own or others' safety or is under the influence of intoxicants. In such cases the amount paid is not refunded.
- The Customer is responsible for ensuring that they and their party are, in terms of health and fitness, suitable to take part in the tour, and informs in advance of any limitations or illnesses affecting participation.
- When on the water, the Customer uses the safety equipment provided (e.g. life vests) in accordance with the guide's instructions.
- Minors may take part in the tour only in the company of an adult, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
- The Seller and the guide have the right to cancel or postpone the tour due to weather, driving/ice or water conditions, or any other reason affecting safety. In such cases the Customer is offered an alternative time or a full refund of the amount paid. The Seller does not compensate for any other costs incurred by the Customer due to the cancellation or postponement, such as travel or accommodation costs.
- For group products, the stated price applies to the maximum number of participants defined in the product description; the price does not change even if there are fewer participants.
- If the Customer cancels their participation in a guided tour:
- when there are [XX] days or more until the tour begins, cancellation is free of charge.
- when there are fewer than [XX] days but at least [XX] days until the tour begins, [XX]% of the tour price is charged.
- when there are fewer than [XX] days until the tour begins, or the Customer fails to show up (no-show), the full price is charged.
Compensation for damages

The Customer is liable to compensate the Seller for any damage they have caused to the item. The person who made the booking is also responsible for other people visiting the item and for any damage caused by them during the booking.
- The Seller does not compensate for any inconvenience or costs that may arise to the Customer from natural conditions, such as insects, animals, poor road/ice conditions, or unexpected changes in the weather.
Complaints
- Any complaints must always be made as soon as possible after the issue arises.
- If a satisfactory resolution is not reached, or if the matter involves a claim for compensation, the complaint must be sent in writing within one month of the end of the rental period.
- The Seller aims to process the complaint as quickly as possible, and at the latest within one month.
- If the Customer and the Seller cannot reach an agreement, the Customer may refer the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board.
Delivery terms
Formation of the contract
- A binding contract of sale enters into force once the order has been confirmed (order confirmation/payment confirmation).
- The order confirmation/payment confirmation is delivered to the Customer by email.
Cancellation and returns
- Products carry a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
- The right of return is valid only if the product is in a condition equivalent to the original.
- Any product packaging must also be in saleable condition.
- Please contact sales for more detailed return instructions.
- The right of return does not apply to engraved or other individualised products, accommodation services, restaurant services, or other leisure services agreed for a specific time.
- The Customer is responsible for the ordinary costs of the return.
Product warranty
- We comply with the warranty terms defined by the manufacturer or importer.
Delivery
- Delivery costs include postage and packaging. You can view the delivery costs once you have selected the payment and delivery method in the shopping cart.
Payment terms
- The Seller uses reliable and secure payment intermediaries in its services.
- The Seller does not store bank account or credit card details at any stage.
- The Customer agrees to comply with the terms of their chosen payment method.
- Payment by invoice
- The invoice must be paid by the due date marked on the invoice.
- Late-payment charges are always added to invoices paid after the due date. If an invoice has been paid after the due date using the original invoice and late-payment charges have already accrued, those charges are invoiced separately.
- If the payment transaction has not been successfully completed at the time of ordering, the Seller does not process the order.
