Johkula Tasting Menu – seven courses of local food
The Johkula Tasting Menu is a seven-course dinner at Restaurant Johkula that tells the story of the lake, the fells and the forest through local ingredients. The head chef introduces the dishes during the evening, and the menu changes with the seasons.
